Even with low gas prices in the U.S. market, Chevrolet is still optimistic regarding its hybrid models. Spy shots of a possible 2017 Chevrolet Cruze hybrid prototype have surfaced. A hybrid version will increase the Cruze lineup to four variants as the automaker already offer a sedan, hatchback, and diesel model. Based on the spy shots, the front fascia and side skirts of the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze hybrid have been modified for enhanced aerodynamics and fuel efficiency. It is likely that the Cruze hybrid will be powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a battery back and electric motor. Gregg Young Chevrolet will update you with any information that is revealed by the automaker.
