Trent and the Service team did a fantastic job. They made the experience of getting major repairs less painful. they also mitigated all the difficulties of dealing with a cranky Warranty company.
Update below***I did not have a great experience here except for with the salesperson, who was good. 90 days after I had my car it has had ongoing issues and when I did go back to use the windshield warranty they said they re-sealed the windshield but it was clear when water did not bead up it was never sealed. I live 90 miles away so it is not very convenient to go back for that....UPDATE☆☆☆☆》●●●...after discussing the issue with Ed at Gregg Young they went above any expectations I had for a car dealership, or any business.Adrian Johnson is a very friendly helpful associate as well.
Excellent service department. Mark was prompt, professional, and got me in and out quickly. They also have a great space to work/hang out while you wait, so I never feel like I'm wasting my time there.
